I usually prefer trying to transcribe myself, but some of these riffs are played so fast that I was having a hard time figuring out how to use the core idea more generally. For instance, I’m still trying to figure out how to play or use a Triole in a song.

I am trying to mimic what Vieux is playing as a way to practice. Maybe a simple exercise for students to practice (a lick or a riff) would be a nice addition to the course material.
