So here is another one of the Brazilian tunes that really got me while doing the Brazilian guitar course. Nice bit of awkward coordination for the thumb too! But also really lovely when you lose yourself in the rhythm it and can kinda feel and hear yourself playing almost from outside yourself!

I find I can a bit rigid when I try to record…

@edd hey thanks Edd, there were a few times where it was just like this isnt actually gonna be possible to keep the melody going here but just kept trying and eventually something would appear. Good test for perseverance. Really enjoyed it

So here’s my latest on the Brazilian guitar course, the tune Wave by Antônio Carlos Jobim. Spent a little too long tryna figure this one out and is still a little rusty but figured I ought to post it anyway. I often find myself these days somewhere between “letting go of perfectionism” and ” but Baden Powell does it like that” haha.…
